Browns gas

What is browns gas? I would like to determine if it is comprised of oxygen and hydrogen molecules or stand alone atoms.

It 's the mixture of gases you get from electrolysis of water ... a chemist would say it's simply a mixture of two parts H2 and one part O2 .... not possible for H or O to exist in the mono atomic state ....

However many engineers report getting extra energy output when this gas is fed into an IC engine .... One hypothesis is that there is another gas in the mix , which has the molecular structure of water , but in a higher energy toroidal state . When sparked in the engine , this molecule implodes , accessing zero point energy ....

This is the best video on the subject ...
