Long answer:
Your molecule is not soluble in water (polar solvent) but in apolar solvents like oil. So the more fat content something has the more "strawberry aldehyde" can be dissolved in it.
Molecules can be lipophilic (~fat loving) or hydrophilic (~water loving). roughly one can say the less non carbon atoms it has the more lipophilic.
