Chemistry help please!

Hello, I'm new here just found this forum and found it pretty interesting and hopefully, I will find it helpful!

I'm struggling with this chemistry problem and would appreciate any help that I can get!

. If the average concentration of PCB's in the body tissue of a human is 4.00 ppm, what mass of PCBs is present in a 64 kg person?

Thanks! <3

So ... parts per million

1 kg is a million times heavier than a milligram (1,000 gm in a KG and 1000mg in a gm)

It follows at 4 ppm a 1 kg person (very small) would have 4 mg ..

But your specimen is 64Kg so he will have 64 times more

64 x 4 = 256 mg or 0.256 gm .
