Theoretic yeild of Asprin

I did an experiment to create aspirin but was having a lot of trouble figuring out the theoretical yield and the limiting reagent of it.
I used 3g of salicylic acid
and 5ml of ethanoic anhydride
the only other information I was provided with was the density of the ethanoic anhydride which was 1.08 g mL -1
