Determine fraction of organic carbon in soil (foc).

Given information:
Soil-water partition coefficient (Ksw or Kp) = 10 (dimensionless mass based)
Octanol-water partition coefficient (Kow) = 100
Octanol-organic carbon partition coefficient = 0.082 mg/kg of octanol/mg/kg of
organic carbon
Density of octanol = 0.82 g/cm3
