Given the same reactant concentrations, the reaction

CO (g) + Cl2 (g) ----> COCl2 (g)

at 250 degrees C is 1.50 x 10^3 times as fast as the same reaction at 150 degrees C. Calculate the activation energy for this reaction. Assume that the frequency factor is constant.

I have been using this equation: ln(k2/k1)=Ea/R(1/T1-1/T2)

And can not seem to get anything even close to the answer. Please help.

Also:

The rate at which crickets chirp is 2.0 x 10^2 chirps per minute at 27 C but nly 39.6 chirps per minute at 5 C. From this data calculate the activation energy for the chirping process.
