Fragmentation of 3-pentanol?

So for my Intro to O-Chem lab, we're doing mass spectrometry and IR spectroscopy. We were given an unknown and the mass spec and IR spec data. I figured out it's 3-pentanol, but I'm not very good at mass spectrometry so I'm having difficulty determining how it fragments. I know to get from 88 amu to 59 amu it's 29, so I know it fragments like this: CH3CH2CHOHCH2CH3 -> CH3 CH2.. If that makes sense. Any help with how it fragments 18 off (going from 59amu to 41amu)? And then 10 (from 41amu to 31amu)?

I've attached the Mass Spec data for clarification.
