Dear all,

I am trying to make "Bupivacaine Hydroclorid USP injection" a solution of 5mg of Bupivacaine together with 80mg Glucose monohydrate for 1ml injection.

The pH of the solution is adjusted to between 4 - 6 with sodium hydroxid or hydroclorid acid.

Can anyone assist with how to proceed with measuring and determine the glucose monohydrate? - together with as a source.

"Glucose
is a simple sugar with the molecular formula C6H12O6. Glucose circulates in the blood of animals as blood sugar. It is made during photosynthesis from water and carbon dioxide, using energy from sunlight"

From reading at Wikipedia, Glucose can be purchased as a sterile solution.

Can you add the solution of glucose after reaching equilibrium with the pH solution of the Bupivacaine Monohydrate?
I would like if somebody takes time too help with some skilled steps on how to reach a result as above mentioned.

Kind regards,
