Question regarding non soluble sulphur

Hi guys,

I don't have a background in chemistry, so I was hoping to get some insight on something.

In the business I'm in, non soluble sulphur is used. I had a question about it's manufacturing process. The question is as follows:

How is that there are some chemical reactors manufacturing insoluble sulfur, and
the sulfur stays in liquid form instead of solidifying at the bottom of the reactor? What part of the design ensures that? Is it a product of temperature? Pressure?
