I'm not sure what you mean by the Sun's "elements." As far as its composition there is a heck of a lot of hydrogen and helium. But since its birth its been making all sorts of stuff on the low side of the Periodic Table. Pretty much everything up to, say, oxygen. It probably has trace amounts of bunch of the higher elements...the dust cloud that collapsed to create the sun was produced by a supernova which can make just about anything during the explosion.
I can't give you a better answer until I understand the question better.
